Terms of service

Tickets

All ticket sales are made between you and the event organizer. NewYearEvesParty.com provides the ticketing platform. Tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer states otherwise, and each QR code admits one guest a single time.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is set by the organizer of each event and shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding ticket holders.

Coupons

Coupon codes are valid only for the events, dates and quantities stated when the code is issued, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Conduct

Venues may refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, or where age restrictions apply. No refund is due in those cases.

Content

Photos and videos are taken at our events and may be published on this site and our social channels. Contact us if you would like an image of you removed.
